Michael Cormier is a design minded craftsman who understands houses inside and out. He apprenticed out of college, and over the years, his work has covered full interior and exterior painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and finish work, giving him a practical understanding of how homes work and are an extension of ourselves.

Michael approaches painting and carpentry as a craft, not a surface-level service. Clean finishes depend on proper prep, solid repairs, and close attention to the details others often overlook. He treats every job as if it were for his own, like the home he fully gutted and renovated 20 years ago and has since maintained.

Michael has also worked behind the scenes as a cameraman on nationally broadcast design and house-hunting television shows for HGTV over the years. This has taught him how light, color, and space shape the way a home looks—and more importantly, how it feels. And it sharpened his eye and reinforced how thoughtful choices can elevate a space without overwhelming it.
